Return Policy

As of June 1, 2020 the following policy with be implemented for returns and exchanges.  It is important and the Client's responsibility that you read our return policy fully before ordering. 

Important note about Duties and Taxes:

We do not cover any duty or import taxes. In the case that you are charged with duties and taxes on your order and the shipping company mails the order back to us because you failed to pay, we will not refund the shipping fees and in addition, you will be charged a $15 processing fee. The rest of the order total will be refunded back to your original payment method once we receive the item back.  We are not liable in providing a refund if we never receive the item back.

Accessories:

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not provide returns or exchanges for any jewelry items. All sales are FINAL therefore, please be careful making your selection.  If you would like to see how a certain set looks on or the dimensions, contact us BEFORE making your purchase.  We would be more then happy to assist you!

All other items such as bindis, clutches, hair accessories, men's accessories, unstitch suits as well as the wedding shop items are considered final sale.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, send us a picture for proof that the items arrived damaged in the mail within 3 days of receiving the item. We will not be held liable for anything communicated after this date and will not issue store credit or replace your item.

If jewelry arrived with missing stones, we will ship you any missing stones free of charge and instruct you how to repair it.  In the case that we are not able to help you repair it, we will provide store credit and pay for any regular mail shipping costs to ship the product back to us.  You are held liable till we receive the product so using a trackable shipping method is recommended.  

If we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item and cover all shipping fees.  If we are unable to send you the correct item because it is sold out, a refund will be provided.  This must be communicated and shipped back within 3 days of receiving the item. Anything past this day will forfeit any re-compensation or exchanges.  

All items must sent back we must must be returned undamaged and unworn FIRST before issuing your money back.  We are not held liable for anything that is not received back to us so please use a trackable shipping method.

Jutti and Bangles: 

If you are not sure of your jutti and bangle size feel free to contact us anytime.  We are now allowing exchanges only in the case that the jutti or bangles does not fit.  We will NOT be covering any shipping costs for the exchange. This includes both the customer sending the item back and sending the new size to you.  We will notify you once we have received your order and send you the NEW size.  If we are unable to exchange the size, store credit will be offered.  To be eligible for a exchange/store credit, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.  ITEMS SENT BACK MUST BE UNWORN AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. Anything shipped passed this date will forfeit any exchanges. Items that show signs of being work will be shipped back to the sender.

Unstitch Suits:

All unstitch suits are final sale.  No returns or exchanges.  

Custom Pieces:

Our custom outfits are based on the measurements you provide.  In the case that an outfit does not fit, but are the measurements you provided, we will not be offering any returns or exchanges.  Instead, we will offer you to send the piece back to us so that we can alter it to your actual and correct size free of charge. 

We check the measurements of each piece according to the measurements provided by the customer.  In the event that the measurements are not correct to what you have provided, we will exchange your outfit free of charge or, if feasible, pay 50% of the cost if you prefer to have your personal seamstress alter your outfit upon formal receipt.   This includes both women and men's outfits.

All alterations must be notified to us within 2-3 days of receiving your order.  Failure to communicate any alteration will result in forfeit of this offer.  

**If you cancel your order, a flat rate fee of $30 is nonrefundable and cannot be used for store credit.  This fee is to compensate the time our team has spent on your order.

Standard Size Pieces:

Pieces ordered in standard sizes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  Please double check before you order and feel free to contact us anytime for any questions.
