As of June 1, 2020 the following policy with be implemented for returns and exchanges. It is important and the Client's responsibility that you read our return policy fully before ordering.
Important note about Duties & Taxes:
We do not cover any duties, customs fees, or import taxes.
If your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to unpaid duties or taxes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A $15 processing fee will be deducted
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received
We are not liable for issuing a refund if the returned item is never received.
Accessories
Due to sanitary reasons, all jewelry items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review item photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing. We are happy to assist with any questions prior to checkout.
All other items, including clutches, hair accessories, men’s accessories, unstitched suits, and wedding collection pieces, are considered final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographic documentation. Claims submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
- If your item arrives with missing stones, we will provide replacement stones along with detailed repair instructions at no additional cost. Should repair not be possible, a replacement item will be issued, subject to availability. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be processed once the original item has been returned and received. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
If an incorrect item was sent:
- We will promptly ship the correct item at no additional cost
- If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued
- Items must be reported and returned within 3 days of delivery
Juttis & Bangles — Size Exchanges Only
Size exchanges are permitted exclusively for juttis and bangles that do not fit.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
- Items must remain unworn and in original condition
- If an exchange is unavailable, store credit will be issued
Items exhibiting signs of wear will be returned back to the client.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or if we sent the wrong size.

Custom Pieces:
Our custom outfits are based on the measurements provided by the client. In the case that an outfit does not fit, but are the measurements you provided, we will not be offering any returns or exchanges. Instead, we will offer you to send the piece back to us so that we can alter it to the size you need free of charge.
Each custom garment is carefully measured and reviewed according to the specifications provided by the client. In the rare event that a piece does not align with the submitted measurements, we will offer complimentary alterations along with covered shipping both to and from our studio. If alterations cannot be completed prior to your event, we will, where feasible, reimburse 50% of the alteration cost should you choose to work with your personal seamstress upon formal receipt of the garment.
All alterations must be notified to us within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Failure to communicate any alteration will result in forfeit of this service.
**If you cancel your order, a flat rate fee of $30 is nonrefundable and cannot be used for store credit. This fee is to compensate the time our team has spent on your order.
Standard Size Pieces
Garments purchased in standard sizes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We kindly encourage you to review sizing details carefully prior to placing your order and to contact us should you require any assistance or clarification.
Return Policy Disclaimer
To be eligible for a return, approved items must be shipped within 3 days of the return label being issued. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine, original condition, free from any signs of wear, including makeup marks, fragrance, or damage. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
